Riverview will offer spot preferences on 35 of the additional 70 spaces that the new building will provide. This will give businesses an opportunity to move their name to the top of the waiting list for a 10 year period. One space will be granted for each $50,000 donation toward the Expansion Initiative on a first come first serve basis. These spaces will be granted as staffing allows once the new daycare center opens. There will still be a minimum of 35 spaces allocated to the general public as well. Spot preferences have become a common theme across the USA as a way to generate money and also give businesses a great recruiting tool for new employees.
